Elegant Danish midcentury ceramic table lamp designed by Einar Johansen for Søholm in the 1960s. The lamp features a fish scale pattern and a green glaze with darker undertones, creating a beautiful, textured effect.
The bottom bears Einar Johansen's signature logo 'EJ', which appears on his works for Søholm’s ceramic workshop.

The lampshade holder is adjustable. Sold without the lampshade.

About Einar Johansen
Einar Johansen was a Danish ceramicist known for his work with Søholm Ceramics in the 1950s and 1960s. About Søholm Ceramics
Founded in 1835 on the Danish island of Bornholm, Søholm was one of Denmark’s oldest ceramic workshops. The company became particularly renowned in the mid-20th century for its stoneware lamps, vases, and decorative ceramics, often featuring deep glazes and distinctive relief patterns. Søholm closed in 1996, but its timeless midcentury pieces continue to be highly collectible today.
