Meticulously handcrafted by Amitābha Studio in Amsterdam, Gentiaan is a unique table lamp crafted from a rare vintage Delft Blue vase, produced by the renowned Regina factory in Gouda, the Netherlands, likely in the 1960s or 1970s. This exquisite piece bears the signature "Keizerskroon" (Emperor’s Crown) mark, which Regina pottery used after 1935, and proudly displays “Delfts Blauw Made in Holland,” attesting to its authentic Dutch heritage. Paired with a custom, hand-pleated ikat fabric lampshade, this lamp seamlessly blends historical artistry with modern, artisan craftsmanship. The lamp was created without harming the original vase in any way.
