Directoire Style Lamp in Glass and Gilt Bronze, 1950s
About the Item
Directoire style lamp in large candleholder shape in glass and gilt bronze. Fluted baluster shape shaft in polished transparent glass topped by a capital in braided basket shape. It is finished by gilt bronze motifs of leaves, small flowers, a beads frieze and a water leaves frieze. Base composed by a glass pedestal supported by a circular base decorated with an openwork lattice, small flowers and palm leaves.
Work realized in the 1950s.
