Dordoni ‘Nile’ Blown Glass and Black Marquina Marble Table Lamp For Foscarini
Designed by Rodolfo Dordoni and produced by Foscarini, the Italian lighting firm founded in Venice on the legendary island of Murano where generations of master glass blowers have skillfully used their unrivaled imagination and skill to create the most innovative lighting of the modern era.
The ‘Nile’ embodies perfect balance through its arrangement of two shapes that seem to defy gravity, as well as the contrast between the consistency of marble and the delicacy of glass. Beautiful when off, the 'Nile' adds more allure when the light filters through the blown glass, shining from both open sides of the shade while presenting a warm glow through the white diffuser. Hand crafted in choice of marble with a matte finish and paired with a glass diffuser using the highest quality materials available.
Price per item. Available to order in unlimited quantities. Available in choice of Marquina (black) or Carrara (white) marble base, please see our separate listing. This listing is for the 'Nile' table lamp with a black marble base. Please note that only one representative example of each item is shown in the images. Marble will vary from item to item due to their organic nature.
