About the Item
Art Deco and Hollywood Regency style table lamp, France, 1960s. Skyscraper-shaped table lamp made of faux leather and brass. Several prismatic levels and a cylindrical upper axis of gold chrome metal where the lamp holders are attached. Original ivory tone plastic screen with golden trims. Very much in the style of the creations of the designer Paul Dupré-Lafon, a great interior designer of the European elite, and whose designs, highly sought-after, still take place in the most sophisticated spaces.
Very much in the style of the high-end creations of luminaires of the Spanish brand Metalarte, in whose designs also used faux leather and gold metal in the the early 70s.
For two E27 bulbs. Original installation reviewed and fully operational, with new wiring. LED compatible. Original screen surely renewed in the 70s or early 80s. Little wear, with good patina.
Measurements without shade: 56cm high, 17cm long and 17cm deep.
Measurements with shade: 64.5cm high, 39.5cm long and 27.5cm deep.
Note: We always try to the fullest to respect and preserve as much as possible all the original elements of each piece (wiring, lampshade, finishes...) so as not to alter the original aesthetics and so that they can continue to have another life with their intact soul.
