Dutch white glass table lamp by Dijkstra, 1970s
Hand blown white glass globe base, by Dijkstra Lampen B.V., Cruquius, The Netherlands. Two Bakelite E27 sockets with a built-in switch on top. This table lamp has a built-in switch to use the two light bulbs separately or together. The base on which the lamp stands is surrounded by a rubber ring. The lampshade is not included, this is to show how the light falls. The taste of a lampshade is personal and determines the color of the interior.
The height of the lamp is 33 cm and 27 cm diagonally
The Dijkstra company was founded in 1922 by Fokke Dijkstra in the small town Cruquius near Haarlem, in the North-Holland province. In 2011, Dijkstra was taken over by Hala lighting
