Early 20th Century Green Glazed Studio Pottery Table Lamp 1930s
This is an early 20th century glazed table lamp in cloudy hues of green. Presumably Dutch, 1930s.
The most beautiful aspects of this early 20th century lamp base are its wonderful sculptural shape and glaze in hues of green and black. This glaze shows a fantastic relief and finish with colors shifting from green to brown and black. This lamp would be a great addition to any elegant interior.
It strongly resembles works by ESKAF - ‘Eerste Steenwijker Kunst Aardewerk Fabriek’.
The lamp comes in a wonderful condition. It is fitted with a high quality brass socket, a switch in bakelite and a beautiful cord.
