Ferdinand Solère Rare Desk Lamp with Rotating Arm, France 1950s
About the Item
A mid-century desk lamp designed by Ferdinand Solere for SolR Paris, France, in the 1950s, it is made of orange lacquered metal and has a telescopic stainless steel arm that lengthens it.
The light source is surrounded by a translucent blue plastic globe "SOLERSOL" for ambient light softened.
The light intensity can be adjusted using two switches.
The base allows 360 ° rotation.
Dimensions: ca. 40 cm height
Good vintage condition with light fading to the chromed details, and the lacquer is in good condition. The beautiful blue plastic is in very good condition. The shade has a trace of paper adhesive band, which is hard to remove.
