Flora Lamp I White by Marcin Rusak

About the Item

Minimalist and elegant, the Flora Lamp I is an entirely handmade light sculpture featuring a unique combination of materials. Marcin Rusak’s signature Perma material – a flower-infused resin – is carefully machined to reveal the intricate beauty of floral cross-sections, the curves of petals, and the structure of leaves. Contrasted with white resin, the floral component appears as veins, cavities or fossils reminiscent of natural stone. The tube-shaped body and cylindrical cantilever are complemented by a sandblasted, mouth-blown lab glass globe that offsets the body on a patinated brass structure and offers a soft dimmable light source.   The Flora Lamp I was awarded Wallpaper* Design Award 2016.   Specifications for the Flora Lamp I bulb: LED lamp; CCT: 2700-3200 K; Power: 7.5 W; Input Voltage: ACDC 12V; Base Type: G4.
