About the Item

This lamp is an original Gustave Asch lamp for Stainte Radegonde. Designed sometime around 1910 - 1920, he developed his own signature colbalt blue glaze commonly referred to as ‘Tours Blue’. Tours being the region of France where these pieces were created. It’s possible to find the vases online but to find the lamp version is extremely difficult. Works perfectly with the original Bakelite plug. An absolute star piece of French Art-Deco ceramics. Sourced in Béziers France 🇫🇷
