About the Item

A high quality French mid 19th century Louis XVI st. ormolu and patinated bronze two arm candelabras converted into a lamp. The circular bronze support is below an ormolu base decorated by acanthus leaves. Above are two charming and highly chased patinated bronze cherubs holding fruit filled cornucopias with ormolu bobeches. All below the gold toned pleated silk shade. All original gilt and patina.
