German Bauhaus Swivel Table Lamp from Hala, 1930s
About the Item
Table lamp from Hala from the 1930s.
This simple and functional table lamp convinces with its details and the high -quality materiality. For example, the handle is made of ebony. The light head can rotate around the shaft and the light can be aligned in this way. The shaft is bent in the upper area. It reaches the umbrella inside centrally. The umbrella is fixed on the top with a disc -shaped screw. The brass and foot were newly burned. The surface was already burned, but showed some damage, which made a restoration of the surface necessary.
The lights are in very good condition with signs of wear. The surface was polished by an artisan and burned again. The electrical system was renewed. European Plug (up to 250V).The wiring of this item may be original and might need replacement, if not specified otherwise.
