A pair of B.T. promotional table lamps, designed by Duccio Trassinelli in 1971, a founding member of studio A.R.D.I.T.I., produced by Sormani SPA. These lamps were created as promotional items to demonstrate Trassinelli's innovative technique, which involves a low-voltage current flowing between two steel plates through randomly positioned electromagnetic components. The components are completely safe to touch, and each methacrylate bulb holder can be positioned anywhere on the steel plate. In 2005, these lamps were restored by Duccio Trassinelli himself and were acquired directly from him. Each lamp comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and a copy of the related patent for the mechanism, also issued by the artist.
