Glass and Metal Lamp in the Shape of a Jar
About the Item
Glass and metal lamp, in the shape of a jar. Polychrome decoration, with a classic and romantic design, inspired by the European style of the 18th century. The main body, in finely decorated porcelain, has an elegant, rounded shape, with a red gradient on the top, which blends smoothly into the white of the base. The piece is decorated with a beautiful hand-painted scene depicting a couple wearing aristocratic attire in a bucolic garden. Meticulous details in the clothing, flowers and background give a refined and nostalgic touch.
The top of the lamp is finished with a dark, slightly aged metal cover, which houses the bulb socket. The rounded metal base, with a patinated bronze finish, provides balance and sophistication to the piece.
