Hand-Built Ceramic Table Lamp with Linen Shade — Inspired by the New England Coast
This one-of-a-kind table lamp is entirely hand-built and assembled, celebrating the artistry of traditional craft and the organic beauty of natural forms. The base is sculpted from regionally sourced red stoneware clay and finished with a custom matte green and blue striped glaze. The glaze embraces imperfection, with hand-applied stripes that lend movement, depth, and individuality to each piece.
Drawing inspiration from seashells and weathered stones collected along the New England shoreline, the lamp embodies a refined coastal sensibility while remaining timeless in its sculptural presence. Unfinished brushed brass hardware and a pale blue braided cord provide subtle yet thoughtful accents. A handmade linen shade completes the composition, diffusing light with warmth and natural elegance.
