Large Japanese Yakisugi technique lamp. Handcrafted and turned solid English ash or cypress wood. Chrome/brass electrical fittings to your requirements. Dimensions may vary slightly due to the nature of the craft process involved.
Yakisugi / Shou Sugi ban - This ancient traditional charring process was originally, and specifically, for Japanese cypress wood and involves deliberately charring its surface to elicit the beautiful black and ultra-durable finish. Height measurement includes the metal fitting.
