Available in different colors. Please contact us. All our lamps can be wired according to each country. If sold to the USA it will be wired for the USA for instance. With this 100% glass table lamp Bina Baitel celebrates light and sun. Its curved patterned glass structure and the satin-finished glass cap diffuse a soft light and let the sun's rays burst when seen from above. The choice of satin-finished glass for its velvet touch in cloudy white or pastel colors symbolizes all the poetry of this collection. HELIA COLLECTION Design Bina Baitel This glass furniture collection designed by Bina Baitel combines lines, curves, and clear, satin-finished or tinted glass to better enhance light and its reflections. Visiting our workshop near Lyon, Bina had an immediate crush on the elegant, linear textured. Flute glass and designed the curved legs as delicate pillars for glass tops. The choice of HELIA meaning “burst of sunshine” as a name was then obvious. “Here, each element plays in its own way with the notion of superimposition by varying textures, colors, and transparency. In a graphic and sculptural expression, the formal design shapes the light as if it were a material on its own. » Glass Variations was born within Cevino Glass, an independent French group of glass processing companies, which combines the most modern equipment with the perfect mastery of traditional glassworking techniques. In the workshop of Miroiteries Dubrulle, established near Lille in 1926 or LUKORA, near Lyon, which has been working with curved glass since 1923, our glass pieces are born from cutting and shaping entirely to measure. The UV bonding carried out by our master glassmakers makes it possible to assemble by hand and in a totally invisible way pieces of tempered, colored printed, curved, or laminated glass for an unprecedented result.

Hand-Blown Glass Table Lamp, Ligne Collection, Light 1, by Sabine Marcelis
By Sabine Marcelis
Located in Beverly Hills, CA
Dutch-Kiwi designer Sabine Marcelis’s work is at the forefront of contemporary material innovation in product and installation design. She works with glass manufacturers and more, forging partnerships across her industry to bring her ambitiously experimental projects to fruition. Marcelis’s focus is on allowing happenstance sensory experiences to emerge by juxtaposing combinations of unlikely materials and colors. She was educated at the Design Academy Eindhoven and since founding her eponymous studio in 2011 in Rotterdam in the Netherlands, she has built a remarkable roster of clients in fashion, architecture and art. She has created signature pieces for the likes of Rem Koolhaas’s architecture firm OMA, high-fashion labels Fendi and Isabel Marant and luxury beauty brand Aesop. She has also exhibited at the Salone del Mobile in Milan and won Wallpaper* magazine’s Designer of the Year award for 2020. Marcelis was invited to create a sculptural intervention for the interiors of Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Lily Reich’s iconic Barcelona Pavilion, which saw the debut of the pair’s timeless Barcelona chair in 1929. For her “No Fear of Glass” exhibition, the designer subverted the original request made to van der Rohe to “not use too much glass” by designing chaise longues, pillar lights and a fountain that feature glass as the main material. The rest of her work is informed by a similarly sophisticated playfulness, as evident in the charming forms she creates — she has designed doughnut-shaped rugs, the multifunctional resin Candy Cube side tables...
