About the Item
The HOT PLANET Table Lamp is a conversation starter about our present day climate opportunites. A hot core within the globe is activated and illuminated by a medium socket bulb of choice. The body is cast in bronze with a blackened patina exterior and raw interior, that appears melted. The blackened patina enhances texture and depth within the sculpture.
HOT PLANET works well with Edison style bulbs and colored bulbs add an other worldly take on the piece. Edison bulb included. The base is steel with a black fabric covered cord equipped with a thumb dimmer switch.
Made in Los Angeles.
