Italian Venetian Pair of Table Lamps, Gold 24-Karat Purple, 20th Century
About the Item
Amazing, modern, Italian Venetian, pair of table lamps, blown Murano glass, gold 24-karat black, in a very unique design, mixing a baroque style in the main body of the table lamps, with a modern parabolas at the very top. These table lamps, have a figurative meaning of representing the connection among the conservative Murano style for a classic lamp, and the modern world of the high tech represented by the parabolas on the top, which means that are not only simply table lamps but also figurative sculptures with two bulbs inside.
Each table lamp, is constituted of entirely handcrafted manufactures items in blown Murano glass: a huge black basement in blown Murano glass, at the bottom, in the main body gold 24-karat and ivory gold 24-karat spheres, three in total, and at the top, by a parabola also entirely in blown Murano glass, in dark purple color with the white plate in Murano glass and a decorative boll in blown Murano glass at its top. The framework is brass, entirely handcrafted as well. Each table lamps contains 2 light.
The table lamps are in very excellent conditions, as documented in the pictures.
