About the Item
What is really great about these lamps is the scale. We love scaled up lamps and feel they work very well in period and modern interiors. The design of the lamps themselves is based on the pipes of a church organ hence the name Orgue which is French for organ.
These specific lamps are the largest of the table lamp range, they are the 6 pipe version. They are super impactful and aesthetically pleasing. We have rewired the lamps using a contemporary period style flex and we have used LED bulbs so the steel doesn't heat up like it would have with original incandescent bulbs.
The lamps are in overall wonderful condition. There are small bends in the metal at the tops of each lamp but only in one or two places not all places and it certainly does not detract from the lamps. These are a great bit of mid-century design and piece fit to grace the finest homes.

- Condition:Rewired: A period style (modern) flex was professionally added. Modern LED bulbs have also been added. Wear consistent with age and use. The lamps have very minor bends in a couple of spots at the top. The metal is thin at the top and so liable to some bending. This does not in any way detract from the lamps and is only visible when looking for any defects.
