About the Item

Chic leather clad table lamp with decorative tarnished brass studs. The lamp is of tapering conical form, with a reeded body that base brass studs at the top and bottom of the base. The brass studs are very tarnished to an interesting vintage verdigris finish, the leather is in good original condition showing only some cosmetic wear normal and consistent with age - please see images. Total H 24 x H to top of leather body 12 x Dia. at bottom 4.5 inches. Reminiscent of the classic French Art Deco designs from Jacques Adnet, we believe this example was produced in the USA c. 1940’s. The lamp accepts a standard size screw in bulb and is in good working condition. All the wiring, and lamp hardware are original, and selling as is, shade not included.
