Table lamp 'Cand-led' designed by Marta Laudani & Marco Romanel in 2005.
Table lamp giving diffused light, with LED. Lampshade in transparent PMMA. Satin anodized aluminium base-cover. With battery charger and colored plastic filters.

Cand-led defines the candle for the new millennium. It was designed by Marta Laudani & Marco Romanelli in collaboration with Marcello Pinzero and it preserves the same use, proportions, purpose and, in part, the shape of the original it was inspired by, transposing the charm of such an iconic object into a new contemporary design concept.
The battery contained in its aluminium base makes it possible to move Cand-led from one place to another, without the need to be connected to the mains power supply for 6-8 hours and it illuminates the surrounding area thanks to a LED light source inserted in its vertical structure.

Oluce’s expertise reveals its unparalleled manufacturing excellence which transforms into objects an untiring technological research into the potential of light. Each lamp is a milestone along this journey. Over time, from unusual materials, original designs and new lighting sources ensued revolutionary iconic designs by Tito Agnoli, Joe Colombo, Marco Zanuso, Ostuni e Forti, and Vico Magistretti, who since the 50s, have been rewriting the history of lighting. Recent collections reaffirm Oluce design and decorative approach, expressed through the signs by Italian and international designers such as Angeletti & Ruzza, Francesco Rota, Nendo, Victor Vasilev, Nicola Gallizia, Christophe Pillet, Mist-o and David Lopez Quincoces.
