A beautiful table lamp model K11-15 designed by Mauri Almari and manufactured by Idman Oy in Finland in the late 1950s. The combination of brass, white painted metal and leather really makes this lamp stand out in any interior. The modern simplified look is topped off with extra attention to quality and details. The item is in good condition and stamped by manufacturer. Please note that we have a pair for this lamp (last photo) that is also listed separately.
Mauri Almari (1907-1973) was a respected Finnish lighting designer at the Idman factory alongside Paavo Tynell and Gunnel Nyman. His name is synonymous with many iconic Idman lamps.
