A MID-CENTURY-MODERN Architectural TABLE LAMP, AUDOUX-MINNET style, France 1950
About the Item
A small Architectural, Modernist, Rustic Modern, Brutalist, Fifties table lamp or night light, square base with a pyramidal structure, topped by a cubic lampshade made of vertical bamboo rods woven on a square structure, itself around a very fine and almost invisible metallic frame, interior diffuser in taut off-white fabric creating a shimmering atmosphere, in the spirit of the creations of Janine Abraham and Louis Sognot in bamboo, to be attributed, France 1950-1960.
