About the Item

Chic architectural Mid Century dome top table lamp, attributed to Gerald Thurston, for Lightolier - circa 1950/1960's. The lamp features a circular domed top shade, which rests on a center post with an interior plastic diffuser. The vertical post is of waisted form, and in original black paint finish, and is mounted on a spun brass circular base. Dimensions as follows: Total H 23 x Shade Dia. 18 x H of Shade 3 x Base Dia. 8 inches. Very good original clean, and working condition, showing only light cosmetic wear, normal and consistent with age. Specifically minor imperfections to the finish at the back of the base, please see images. Accepts a standard size screw in bulb.
