Midcentury Brass and Lucite Column Table Lamp
About the Item
Elegant column table lamp of Lucite and brass, in Hollywood Regency style, with nice patina. European, second half of the 20th century (probably France, 1970s).
The lamp is in good vintage condition. It has a nice aged character, with some tarnishing to the brass and light wear to the Lucite in line with age and use. The lamp has been rewired for the UK in recent years, with gold twisted flex, and has two adjustable light fittings taking small bayonet-cap bulbs. We advise the wiring is tested/replaced as required in the country of instal to ensure it meets your local needs and regulations.
The fixture will take a shade with a finial fitting, and has a decorative cube finial in place.
