Minimalist Table Lamp with Leather-Wrapped Cylindrical White Oak Base
About the Item
The Capsule table lamp combines minimalist forms with richly textured natural materials. Thick English Bridle leather wraps the lower portion of the turned wood body, contrasting with the oiled wood exposed in the top portion. The satin-finish brass hardware and a white linen shade complete the design.
The switched socket accepts a regular medium-base bulb. The lamp is wired with an 8' black 2-prong SPT-1 cordset.
The wood is treated with a hand-rubbed natural (non-VOC) oil finish. The leather is available in three different shades: tan, chestnut, and black. Shown here in white oak, the Capsule Lamp is also available in maple and walnut.
The hardback shade has a white interior, rolled edges, and a white linen exterior. The shade has a 14” bottom diameter, 12” top diameter, and is 8” high.
