Model 215 "Ochetta" Table or Wall Lamp by Giuseppe Ostuni for O-Luce 1950s
About the Item
Iconic lamp designed by Giuseppe Ostuni designed for his own manufacturer, O-Luce. This lamp is model n. 215, also known as "Ochetta" (tiny duck in Italian).
The lamp's height is adjustable just sliding the feet through the stem and can be used both as a table lamp or as a wall sconce (it's so light that it can be hanged to the wall with a simple nail).
Many imitations of this model were produced over the years, but this speciment perfectly matches all the specific form O-Luce catalogue, from the joints to the shape of the shade to the airholes, so we can assure it's fully original.
This very piece belongs to the early production of this model, it's in fully original conditions, with its aging patina preserved. The wiring is original.
