Modernist Table Lamp Attributed to Stilnovo, 1950s

About the Item

A very remarkable modernist architectural Stilnovo table lamp or light object. Its bold sculptural design is reminiscent of early pieces by Angelo Lelli and Ettore Sottsass. Two lacquered steel parts are held together by minimalist brass elements. Under the satinated glass diffuser are two original E14 brass sockets with new wiring. Good original condition with some wear.
