Sculptural Travertine table lamp by Guliano Cesari for Nucleo Sormani, Italy ca. 1970. Sculptural yet playful forms shaped out of beautiful travertine. The asymmetrical placed cylinder shaped cut out creates a harmonious contrast with the strong cubistic lines. The cylindrical cut out hides the E-14 light bulb and creates a nice warm atmospheric light, almost like the sunset. Marked with the original sticker underneath the lamp. In excellent original condition.
