Original 1960s, Maison, Charles Bronze and Brass Pinecone Lamp by Jean Charles
About the Item
An orignal 1960s Maison Charles bronze and brass pinecone lamp designed by Jean Charles, from the Naturalist collection. With original bronze and brass shade, pinecone finial and solid brass base stamped on the reverse "Made In France" and "Charles & Fils" With rare orignal base switch, three light fittings, rewired with new brass fittings and antique gold cord flex and PAT tested.
A very good orignal example of this iconic lamp with slight signs of wear on the shade rim which is expected with its age, otherwise great patina and finish on the shade and base which is rare.
