About the Item

Pair of antique (late 19th century) French porcelain vases in the Louis XVI period style, with lovely Chinese egg shell blue glaze and finely cast neoclassical gilt bronze mounts, including rosettes, laurel wreaths, drapery, bows and fruit, with later lamp hardware added. With modern wiring and cords, and circular on/off switches mounted into the bronze bases, ready for use. (Lamp shades shown are no longer available.)
