Pair 19thC Victorian Brass Gothic Church Ecclesiastical Candlestick Table Lamps
About the Item
A pair of beautifully patinated Victorian Gothic Revival brass church candlesticks, with barley twist stems, which have been converted into table lamps. The candlesticks were bought as a pair in Belgium and have matching open-work Gothic Fleur-de-lis galleries, one of which has more patination than the other. They both come with new Crimson velvet shades, which add to their sumptuous appearance. They both have age-related wear, as would be expected from Victorian church candlesticks, and are in good solid condition. They have been professionally converted and rewired with antique brown 3-core cable and are ready for use.
