About the Item
Chic and practical pair of 1960s Bergboms table lamps. They encapsulate the essence of Bergboms design with simple deep circular base, tall narrow stem and fluted brass electrical socket. Each lamp is signed. Model B08 B01.
Original patina shown. Could be polished to a brighter brass if desired.
Please note one of the brass lamp holders has a small dent to the brass. It's not noticeable as the brass is shiny so distracts the eye. It's also positioned at the back of the lamp where it is unseen. This has been reflected in the price.
Lampshades are optional.
Bergboms was a Swedish lighting manufacturer, founded in 1940 by Efraim Ljung, that produced a wide range of modernist lighting from the 1940s through the latter half of the 20th century. Their products, including lamps and chandeliers, were known for their sleek designs and used materials such as brass, steel, ceramic, and glass
