Pair of 19th C. English Coalport Porcelain Two Arm Vases converted to Lamps
About the Item
Pair of 19th C. English Coalport Porcelain Two Arm Vases Converted to Lamps.
Two arm glazed porcelain vases elaborately decorated with delicate porcelain flowers. A rural landscape scene hand painted in the center on either side of vase. Later converted to 3 light lamps. Master on/off knob on wooden base. Lights can also be adjusted at each bulb. US plugs. Designer Sister Parish converted these lamps for the client. She was very particular about lamps having an uplight between two normal bulbs. The shade was custom fabricated to sit directly on the custom glass up light dome. Pleated Silk Shades are optional but included in price, please specify. From a Private Manhattan Residence. Very good condition.
