Pair of 19th Century Candlestick Lamps w/ Parchment Shades
About the Item
Pair of 19th century Italian giltwood candlesticks wired into working lamps. The pair of candlesticks are highly ornate, featuring carved details that resemble fluted columns with acanthus leaf and scroll motifs. Each candlestick stands on three claw-footed legs, contributing to their regal appearance.
The lampshades are made of hand painted parchment. They are decorated with a painted design near the top, including ornamental scrolls, and feature bands of metallic gold and silver accents near the top and bottom edges.
The lamps are newly wired with drip wax candles and are in working condition.
