This pair of antique lamps are unsigned, but presumed to have originated from Italy and date to approximately 1920 and done in a Neoclassical Revival style. The lamps are composed of veined alabaster with added wooden block bases with a faux marble finish and done with an urn shape with a hand-carved floral motif.

- Condition:Additions or alterations made to the original: It appears that the three inch wood block bases were added at some point, given that there are holes in the alabster where the wires usually run,. Wear consistent with age and use. Minor losses. No damage to the alabaster identified, but the tip of the one of the original finials is missing as presented in the photos, and consistent with age and use.
