Pair of large earthenware lamps from Thun, decorated with flowers on a brown background and mounted on a bronze base in the Japanese style An old restoration at one of the necks Wear and tear, electricity to be reviewed (or done to US Standarts) This ceramic production is developed at Thun, in the Heimberg-Steffisburg region in Switzerland, at the end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th century. The participation of the Wanzenried Manufacture in the Paris Universal Exhibition in 1878 marked the beginning of the success of this production.
