An elegant and sober pair of French midcentury style Modern Neoclassical X-form table lamps in bronzed wrought iron in the style of Jacques Quinet. The pieces are hand made and hand forged sculptural forms reflecting balance and dignity. Shades are for demonstration purposes only. Suggested shade size is: Top D: 13.5; bottom D: 18; height 13.5". Additional References: Jean-Michel Frank / Jean Michel Frank together with Alberto and Diego Giacometti created similar forms in their designs. Andre Arbus and Gio Ponti were also major figures in the Modern Neoclassical movement.
