JUST ANDERSEN An early and beautiful pair of Art Deco table lamps in dark patinated disko metal. This decorative pair of lamps were made by Danish designer and pioneer Just Andersen in 1920s. Dessin D2, stamped underneath. A beautiful attribution to both classic and modern interiors. (Size without lamp shades 13.5 cm ø x 51.5 cm h) Lampshade can be included upon request. Just Andersen (1884-1943) is a fine representative of modern Danish neoclassicalism. Just Andersen attended world exhibitions from 1918 and had several large solo exhibitions abroad. He received many awards and honors, and not least he is represented at museums around the world including the New York Metropolitan Museum.
