About the Item
We are delighted to offer for sale this stunning pair of Victorian, Corinthian pillar oil lamps with marbled bases and ruby glass shades
I have a suite of seven Victorian oil lamps, this is the only pair
The lamps have a traditional Italian Corinthian pillared bases which have a marbled trunk, marbled is a marble affect not actual marble. The shades are original and the main outer shade is Ruby glass
The condition is very nice, they have been fully restored and I assume that with a bit of oil they would work just fine. What the previous owner / restorer told me was they work wonderfully with those little battery operated tea light candles
