About the Item

Pair of Marbro Seguso Murano table lamps circa 1960 Fantastic pair of vintage table lamps, Murano, Italy. In varying shades of yellow and amber (honey yellow acidato), these lamps have a corroso (corroded) finish, where the glass surface is irregular to the touch; a technique that was used to create a "hammered" effect. Because of the difficultly in creating this effect, the technique is rarely used today. The lamps measure 7" diameter at the base x 26" high to the top of the glass x 32.5" high to the top of the sockets and 41.75" to the top of the harps. The glass is in very good condition, showing no chips, or cracks. Rewired. No shades Offered as a pair only.
