An impressive pair of massive sculptural wrought iron hinges, repurposed as striking lamps, originating from France or Italy in the early 1900s. These substantial pieces stand 34 inches high to the top of the socket and 31 inches to the top of the sculptural ironwork.
The black scrolled wrought iron hinges feature a beautifully tapering design, measuring 10.25 inches and 13.25 inches in width. They are mounted on a sturdy 6-inch square blackened wood pedestal, providing a stable and subtle base that complements their intricate craftsmanship.
