This dramatic pair of table lamps were realized in Murano, Italy- the islands off the coast of Venice that have been renowned for centuries for their superlative glass production. They feature three orbital forms with horizontal striations executed in lustrous black Murano glass. These spherical forms are separated by translucent glass bands with an abundance of 24-karat gold yellow flecks. With their sophisticated palate and austere modernist forms, these lamps are as versatile as they are aesthetically pleasing, blending perfectly with any style of interior from classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. They have been fitted with custom shades. Excellent condition.
