Pair of Table Lamps, designed by Lars-Gunnar Nordström, manufactured by Metallimestarit, 1970s. Marked. Metal frame with acrylic lamp shade. Good vintage condition, minor patina consistent with age and use. The table lamps are sold as a set. Lars-Gunnar Nordström was a Finnish painter, printmaker and sculptor whose work was first exhibited publicly in 1947. Nordström is considered one of the earliest and most determined pioneers of non-figurative art and concretism in Finland.
