About the Item

This pair of Mid-Century Modern pottery table lamps were made by the Swedish art potter Upsala Ekeby in approximately 1965. The lamps are done with a green or turquoise glaze with cream swirled lines running horizontally on the textured bodies of the lamps which come together at the base. The cupped bases of the lamps are teak as are the upper posts. The lamps are fitted with brass tri-light fixtures and have large taupe toned textured fiberene shades with brass frames that seat into the inner milk glass shades. One lamp of this pair retains its original foil label identifying it as made by Upsala Ekeby of Sweden.
