About the Item
Pair of metallic gold and light green painted plaster table lamps with large nickel-plated rings, circa 1950. Both lamps are signed by the manufacturer on the back of the lamp. These lamps are authentic to the period and have been completely restored from top to bottom. The newly nickel-plated hardware adds an additional touch of elegance to an already impressive pair of vintage lamps.
The ceramic portion of the lamps not only have a wonderful glaze of light green, pale yellow and gold drips, but also has carved-out patterns of an arched drapery motif. The combination of the paints, the sculptural three-dimensional surface, and the large circular nickel-plated rings on each side give these lamps an air of luxury. Shades not included.
