A rare table lamp, Post-Modernist, Memphis, Kinetic, Radical Design, Minimalist, rectangular base with aluminum cover housing a transformer, vertical axis and adjustable aluminum arm, fine neon lighting embedded in the arm, by Gerald Abramovitz, Best & Lloyd, UK 1960-1970.
A rare example of avant-garde design in England in the 1960s... This lamp is listed and published in the book 1000 Lights ed. Taschen.
DIMENSIONS: H 51 x W 71 x D 10 cm
In a vertical position, the lamp can measure up to 120 cm
CONDITION: In beautiful original condition.
