Sevres Style Porcelain Table Lamp
About the Item
A French Sevres style hand painted porcelain lamp in Tiffany blue. Decorated with a late 18th century scene in the style of Andre Vincent Vieillard 1717-1790 who adapted the paintings of David Teniers 1610-1690 for the Sevres porcelain ware. The neck of the lamp and scene are adorned with a delicate gold line motif and the back of the lamp has a matching white and gold motif. The lip has a thin Greek key pressed brass border. Above, a brass cap supports the lamp column and below is a brass base.
