South Asian Architectural Element as a Table Lamp
About the Item
A seated female figure dressed in a long patterned robe holds a large strand of prayer beads. On a fragmentary tiered pointed wood base mounted on a wood backing on a gilt base and with a brass standard for the lamp.
H. 28", base 8 x 8"
Condition: There are old losses to the figure's wood support, slight wear to the gilt base mentioned for accuracy as the presentation is dramatic and authentic.
